It's okay to not be okay. 
If it's not okay, it's not the end. 
 

If you fail a test, you feel disapionted in yourself. In that moment, you don't feel okay.
If you have a bad day, and all those little things that can go wrong, goes wrong. On those days you don't feel okay.
If you have a bad hair/makeup day, you don't always feel okay. 
If you fight with someone, you definetly don't feel okay.
If someone dumbs you, you cry.You break down, and feels like shit. Nothing is okay, and your world is falling apart. Nothing is like it should, and you aren't okay. Not at all. 
If a friend talks about you behind your back, you cry. You feel disapionted, and the tears won't stop falling. You feel alone, and like nobody likes you. You are everything but okay. 
If something bad happens to your family/friends, you feel bad. You feel mean for not being able to help. You hate yourself for crying, when you know you should be strong; for everyone else. Your world is falling apart, and nothing is okay at all. 
If someone you love lives this earth to join God, you cry. You don't want to be here, and you want to disapear. 
You want to trade the person, with yourself. You want to keep strong for everyone else, but your tears just keep falling. You hate yourself for not doing more. And you feel like 'okay' is something you'll never be agian. 
 
But, you'll feel okay agian. Maybe not amazing or even good. But you'll be okay. 
if your not okay, your not done being not okay. 
Everything takes it time, but eventually you'll feel okay agian. 
 
And no mather why you feel not okay: it's always okay to not be okay.
